Clark Burckle was born in Louisville, KY where he started swimming year-round at the age of 6. He went on to compete collegiately at both the University of Florida and Arizona, becoming a multiple time All-American and NCAA champion in 2010 in the 200 Breastroke. Clark competed internationally at the World University Games, Pan American Games and the 2012 Olympic Games, where he finished 6th in the 200 Breastroke. After retiring in 2013, Clark attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Clark currently works back in sport for a media company called FloSports.
